Common Issues

App Not Loading

Symptoms: Blank screen or loading spinner that doesn't resolve.

Cause: Network connectivity issue or container app not running.

Solution:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Verify the FlowState platform is running
  3. Clear browser cache and reload
  4. Check browser console for errors

Data Not Syncing

Symptoms: Changes made on one device don't appear on another.

Cause: Replication connection issue.

Solution:

  1. Check the sync status indicator
  2. Verify RxDB server is running
  3. Try closing and reopening the app
  4. Check server logs for replication errors

Permission Denied

Symptoms: Unable to access certain features or data.

Cause: Insufficient role permissions.

Solution:

  1. Verify your user role in the Org App
  2. Contact your administrator for role assignment
  3. Log out and log back in to refresh permissions
