The Projects App is the core project and task management application for FlowState. It provides comprehensive project lifecycle management, hierarchical task organization with milestones, time tracking, document management with approval workflows, team discussions, and personal productivity features.

Navigation
The app uses a hierarchical navigation structure:

Creating Your First Project
- Click the floating action button or use
Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+P - Enter project title and description
- Save to create the project
- Add milestones to organize phases
- Add tasks within milestones
Tracking Time
- Navigate to any task
- Click the play button to start the timer
- View active timers in the header
- Stop the timer to create a time entry
- View time statistics in the dashboard
