Common Issues
App Not Loading
Symptoms: Blank screen or loading spinner that doesn't resolve.
Cause: Network connectivity issue or container app not running.
Solution:
- Check your internet connection
- Verify the FlowState platform is running
- Clear browser cache and reload
- Check browser console for errors
Data Not Syncing
Symptoms: Changes made on one device don't appear on another.
Cause: Replication connection issue.
Solution:
- Check the sync status indicator
- Verify RxDB server is running
- Try closing and reopening the app
- Check server logs for replication errors
Permission Denied
Symptoms: Unable to access certain features or data.
Cause: Insufficient role permissions.
Solution:
- Verify your user role in the Org App
- Contact your administrator for role assignment
- Log out and log back in to refresh permissions
